A German invention in 1885, the petrol-powered two-wheeler had a gigantic step forward to the motorcycle in the 20th century.

The Over Complete Muffler systems produced by Over Racing Projects are the result of pursuit of higher output and torque, and we can sincerely say that they are the best systems which summarise the 20th century's motorcycling.

Now, into the new millennium, we are proud to announce that we have developed a completely new system, the Sound Adjust Muffler.

This, featuring an adjustable exhaust noise device, is utterly new idea that we have never seen before.

With considering the environmental circumstances of today's motorcycling, this system can do four-stage exhaust noise adjustment via single butterfly valve fitted on the muffler joint.

Needless to say, the performance of exhaust is reliably inherited from the Over Complete Muffler systems.

The Sound Adjust Muffler was the target we sighted after achieving the excellent performance with our exhaust systems range.

Four adjustable positions are available.
Offers an iideal riding position Levers are partly milled out to increase strength and to reduce the weight.

O-rings are sealed on pivots to protect from damages caused by water and dust.
For optional parts, retractable step bars and plastic end caps are available.

8 different types of swingarm for rider's needs.

■TYPE-1
Simple design with square section aluminium. Suitable for 70's or 80's motorcycles with steel swingarm.

■TYPE-2
Type-1 with stabilizer. Good for tuned 70's or 80's motorcycles and big multis.

■TYPE-3
Type-2 with OW01-type chain adjusters. Good for racing use and heavy loaded condition.

■TYPE-4
Oval alloy pipe. Including OW01-type chain adjusters and stabilizer. Suitable for Kawasaki Z seriees and Ninja models.

■TYPE-5
Wide models of Type-4. Suitable for racing use or taking a wide wheel.

■TYPE-6
Oval cross section with ribbed inside. Suitable for recent naked models or racing use.

■TYPE-7
Inside of main pipe has double bridged reinforcement. 80*40mm pipe. Provides more rigidity and supple shock absorbing ability. 3 types of chain adjusters are available at choise. Good for recent big road bikes. To use wide wheel, special order is abvailable from 15,000yen.

■TYPE-8
Type-7 with stabilizer. Inside of main pipe has double bridged reinforcement. 80*40mm Provides more rigidity and supple shock absorbing ability. 3 types of chain adjusters are available at choise. Good for recent big road bikes. To use wide wheel, special order is abvailable from 15,000yen.
