メインパイプに80×40目の字断面パイプを使用する事で、軽量でありながら適度なしなりを確保。
またメインアームのレイアウトにはこだわり抜き、純正と同じへの字形状を右側に採用。目の字断面パイプとアルミ削り出しパーツを組み合わせ再現し、さらに高剛性と高強度を確保しました。
これによりOVER製メガホンマフラーや純正マフラーとの併用を可能としております。
重量は純正比約30％減となっており、バネ下の軽量化による路面からのフィードバックが伝わりやすく、より積極的なコーナリングを楽しむことが出来ます。
By using an 80x40mm rectangular cross-section pipe for the main pipe, Over Racing has achieved a lightweight design while ensuring moderate flexibility.
We have also paid meticulous attention to the layout of the main arm, adopting the same "H" shape as the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) on the right side.
The combination of the rectangular cross-section pipe and the machined aluminum parts enables us to achieve even higher rigidity and strength.
As a result, our OVER Racing megaphone muffler or OEM muffler can be used in combination with this design.
The weight reduction is approximately 30% compared to the OEM, allowing for better feedback from the road surface and enabling more aggressive cornering.
