メインパイプに80×40目の字断面パイプを使用する事で、軽量でありながら適度なしなりを確保。
またメインアームのレイアウトにはこだわり抜き、純正と同じへの字形状を右側に採用。目の字断面パイプとアルミ削り出しパーツを組み合わせ再現し、さらに高剛性と高強度を確保しました。
これによりOVER製メガホンマフラーや純正マフラーとの併用を可能としております。
重量は純正比約30％減となっており、バネ下の軽量化による路面からのフィードバックが伝わりやすく、より積極的なコーナリングを楽しむことが出来ます。
By utilizing an 80x40mm rectangular cross-section pipe for the main pipe, OVER Racing has achieved a lightweight design while ensuring appropriate flexibility.
We have also paid meticulous attention to the layout of the main arm, opting for the same "H" shape as the OEM on the right side.
Through the combination of the rectangular cross-section pipe and the machined aluminum parts, we have successfully reproduced and further enhanced high rigidity and strength.
As a result, our product allows for compatibility with OVER Racing megaphone mufflers as well as OEM mufflers.
The weight has been reduced by approximately 30% compared to the OEM, resulting in improved transmission of feedback from the road surface through the suspension, enabling a more aggressive cornering experience.
