NEOクラシックなKATANA(19-)に合わせ、SESMICがSESMIC-IVとして再復活。
ステンレスエキパイにリブ付きラウンド形状のアルミサイレンサーを組み合わせる事で、80年代を彷彿とさせるクラシックスタイルを創出しました。
さらにエキパイを耐熱BLK塗装にて仕上げる事でポリッシュ仕上げの物と比べ、さらにクラシカルなイメージを強調。
内部構造をSESMIC-IIIから一新。
８耐で培ってきたテクノロジーを採用することで、従来ではなかった圧倒的な耐久性の改善と性能UPを実現。
1-2番、3-4番から合流する4-2-1構造をとり、中回転域でのトルク特性を改善し、非常に扱いやすいフラットなトルクカーブを実現。ツーリングなどの街乗りから、スポーツ走行まで幅広く対応できるネオクラシックマフラーに仕上げています。
In line with the NEO-Classic KATANA (19-), SESMIC makes a comeback as SESMIC-IV.
By combining a stainless-steel exhaust manifold with a ribbed round-shaped aluminum silencer, it creates a classic style reminiscent of the 80s.
Furthermore, the exhaust manifold is finished with a heat-resistant black coating, emphasizing a more classical image compared to polished finishes.
The internal structure has been completely redesigned from SESMIC-III.
By incorporating technology honed in endurance races, it achieves a significant improvement in durability and performance.
It features a 4-2-1 configuration where cylinders 1-2 and 3-4 merge, improving torque characteristics in the mid-range and delivering a very manageable flat torque curve.
It is designed as a NEO-Classic muffler that can cater to a wide range of applications, from city riding to sporty riding such as touring.
