CBR400R(19-)用スイングアームType7が登場。
純正は70×30mm鉄パイプですが、80×40mm目の字断面パイプを使用する事で軽量でありながらも適度なしなりを有し、強度や剛性に関しても純正に比べ高い水準で確保しています。
このOVER製スイングアームの特徴とも言える、しなり、強度、剛性の絶妙なバランスは大幅な車体性能向上に繋がっています。
またバネ下の軽量化によって、路面からのインフォメーションがダイレクトに伝わりやすくなり、より直感的な操作感で積極的なコーナーアプローチを可能とします。
The new swing arm Type7 for CBR400R(19-) is now available.
The stock swingarm is made of 70 x 30mm steel pipe, but the Type7 is made of 80 x 40mm pipe with figure figure cross section, which is lighter in weight but has moderate flex and higher strength and rigidity compared to the stock swingarm.
The perfect balance of bend, strength, and rigidity, which is a characteristic of the OVER swingarm, leads to a significant improvement in chassis performance.
The lightweight under-spring also allows for more direct transmission of information from the road surface, enabling a more intuitive feel and aggressive approach to corners.
