スタビライザーの剛性を確保し、ビレットタイプのサポートピラーと組合わせた
一体感のあるデザインが特徴的です。
溶接後に行う最終工程では、CNCマシニングによる
ピボット部やチェーン引き目盛りの後加工を施し、
軸精度を高めることと、取付けや調整作業の向上を図った
高精度なスイングアームに仕上げています。
The swing arm incorporates specially designed aluminum billet components, and the newly designed axle block features a one-piece structure for the stabilizer receiver (at the base).
This design ensures the rigidity of the stabilizer and creates a cohesive look when combined with the billet-type support pillar.
In the final stage after welding, CNC machining is performed to enhance the precision of the pivot section and chain adjustment scale.
This results in a high-precision swing arm that improves axle accuracy and facilitates installation and adjustment processes.
