スタビライザーの剛性を確保し、ビレットタイプのサポートピラーと組合わせた一体感のあるデザインが特徴的です。
溶接後に行う最終工程ではCNCマシニングによるピボット部やチェーン引き目盛りの後加工を施し、軸精度を高めることと取付けや調整作業の向上を図った高精度なスイングアームに仕上げています
Our swing arm features specially designed aluminum billet components throughout, and the newly designed axle block has a one-piece structure for the stabilizer mount (at the root).
This design ensures the rigidity of the stabilizer while providing a seamless integration with the billet support pillars, creating a cohesive and visually appealing design.
During the final stage of production, after welding, we perform CNC machining on the pivot area and chain tension indicator, enhancing the precision of the axle and improving the installation and adjustment process.
The result is a high-precision swing arm that excels in accuracy, facilitating precise installation and adjustment procedures.
