各部に採用した専用設計のアルミビレット構成パーツと、
新設計のアクスルブロックはスタビライザー受け(付根)をワンピース構造。
スタビライザーの剛性を確保し、ビレットタイプのサポートピラーと組合わせた
一体感のあるデザインが特徴的です。
溶接後に行う最終工程では、CNCマシニングによる
ピボット部やチェーン引き目盛りの後加工を施し、
軸精度を高めることと、取付けや調整作業の向上を図った
高精度なスイングアームに仕上げています。

Specially designed aluminum billet components are used throughout each section,
while the newly designed axle block features a one-piece stabilizer mount structure at the base.
By ensuring stabilizer rigidity and combining it with billet-type support pillars,
the swingarm achieves a highly integrated and distinctive design.

In the final process after welding, CNC machining is applied to the pivot section
and chain adjuster scale markings for post-finishing.
This improves shaft accuracy while also enhancing installation and adjustment workability,
resulting in a highly precise swingarm.
