純正の複雑な鋳造ベースプレートを基本設計とし、アルミ無垢から高精度3D削り出し加工で制作する事で、製品精度を高めるともにステップの固定における安心感をより高めています。
また純正ではステップ全体が一体式でしたが、セパレート式を採用することで、転倒時の細かなリペアサービスを可能としております。
ステップバーは滑りにくい切削溝加工を施し、多彩なステップワークに対応。またチェンジにはリンクを採用し操作性向上に貢献。
開発者が各部にこだわりを詰め込んだバックステップへと仕上げました。
The base design is based on the complex cast base plate of the stock model, and it is crafted with high-precision 3D milling from solid aluminum, enhancing the product's accuracy and providing a greater sense of security in step fixation.
Additionally, by adopting a separate design instead of the integral structure of the stock model, we enable fine repair services in case of falls or accidents.
The step bar features anti-slip grooves, ensuring stability during various step maneuvers.
Furthermore, the use of a linkage system for shifting contributes to improved operability.
