Designed by drawing extensively on the know-how developed through Yamaha parallel-twin models such as the TRX850 and MT-07.
This exhaust system was engineered to achieve a high level of balance between the sport performance and everyday rideability that Yamaha pursues.
Particular attention was given to improving the mid-range torque dip that matters most when exiting slow corners,
while also boosting top-end power for stronger high-speed performance.
The result is a linear throttle response and smooth power delivery across the entire rev range,
giving riders confidence and enjoyment in every riding situation.
The heat-colored titanium exhaust pipes and silencer enhance the sense of ownership,
further emphasizing the sporty styling of the YZF-R7.
