ステンレスエキパイにリブ付きラウンド形状のアルミサイレンサーを組み合わせる事で、90年代を彷彿とさせるクラシックスタイルを創出しました。
内部構造をSESMIC-IIIから一新。
８耐で培ってきたテクノロジーを採用することで、従来ではなかった圧倒的な耐久性の改善と性能UPを実現。
1-2番、3-4番から合流する4-2-1構造をとり、中回転域でのトルク特性を改善し、非常に扱いやすいフラットなトルクカーブを実現。
またレーシングとすることで高回転域まで伸びやかなパワーフィールを体感できます。
ツーリングなどの街乗りから、スポーツ走行まで幅広く対応できるネオクラシックマフラーに仕上げています。

The SESMIC returns as the SESMIC-IV, developed to match the neo-classic KATANA (2019-).
By combining a stainless steel exhaust pipe with a ribbed, round aluminum silencer, it creates a classic styling reminiscent of 1990s racing machines.
The internal structure has been completely redesigned from the SESMIC-III. By adopting technologies developed through endurance racing, it achieves significant improvements in durability and overall performance.
The 4-2-1 layout, merging from 1-2 and 3-4, improves mid-range torque characteristics, resulting in a smooth and easy-to-handle power delivery with a flat torque curve.
With its racing-oriented design, it also delivers a smooth and extended power feel into the high rpm range.
As a whole, it is designed to cover a wide range of riding scenarios—from urban use and touring to sport riding—achieving a carefully balanced neo-classic muffler.
