コンセプトに4-2レイアウトを採用。
エキパイからサイレンサーまで軽量チタンを使用し、
純正より太いエキゾーストパイプ(φ42.7)でありながらも、
純正比50%ダウンの軽量化を実現することで、
スポーティなCB1100RSモデルに、レーシングマシン的な
要素を加えたフルエキゾースト4-2マフラーです。
エンジン下のエキゾースト中間部にバイパスを設け、
中高速域の出力を改善することを図ると同時に、
触媒やサイレンサーインナーの見直しで、低速時の加速や、
アクセルワークのツキを向上させています。
The concept of this full exhaust 4-2 system is to faithfully showcase the silhouette and image of the stock muffler, while adding racing machine-like elements to the sporty CB1100RS model.
The system adopts a 4-2 layout, utilizing lightweight titanium from the headers to the silencer.
Despite having larger exhaust pipes (φ42.7) compared to the stock, it achieves a 50% reduction in weight, resulting in a lightweight design.
A bypass is incorporated in the exhaust mid-section under the engine to improve high and mid-range output, while also enhancing low-speed acceleration and throttle response through revisions to the catalytic converter and silencer inner structure.
